Zutaten: Schweinefleisch, Rindfleisch, jodiertes Speisesalz (Speisesalz, Kaliumiodat), Dextrose, Gewürze (Pfeffer, Koriander, Knoblauch), Antioxidationsmittel (Natriumascorbat), Konservierungsstoff (Natriumnitrit), Buchenholzrauch. 100 g Minisalami werden hergestellt aus 160 g Schweine- und Rindfleisch (der Gewichtsverlust entsteht durch Wasserverlust beim Räuchern).
Ingredients: Pork, beef, iodized table salt (table salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices (pepper, coriander, garlic), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), beechwood smoke. 100g of mini salami is made from 160g of pork and beef (weight loss is due to water loss during smoking).
